This is the best we can hope for until the stadium is improved, so yes he has done his job

I cannot understand how anyone can defend Roy Hodgson after we’ve managed 4 home wins all season and scored less goals at home than every team except Huddersfield. Can anyone who’s a season ticket holder honestly tell me that they’re ok with that and it won’t bother them if the same thing happens again next season?

I’m a season ticket holder and, after the spenD of the last three windows, lack of squad balance, dearth of quality attacking options, having no centre forward for half a season think that the manager’s done a decent job.

If we maintain our premier league status and have the odd memorable win we’re doing alright.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Manager Vote' by Midlands Eagle

I have noticed quite a split between people wanting Roy in, or out.
I have made a poll to see where the majority lies. I would appreciate if you could answer it.

Thanks

3 attacking subs made by Silva to win the game, as the away team. Hodgson swaps out max for Andros. Im sorry but Hodgson is so frustrating at home. Why on earth didnt he give it a go? Pressure is off. Going to selhurst watching this dross is painful. With Hodgson its just stick with it, stick with it and stick with it some more. Away form has been great but his abysmal home record is unacceptable.

He can be defended by the fact he has enabled the team to mass 43 points so far this season. It is the points that keep us in the Premiership wherever they are won there is no rule that says they have to be won at home. The fact is Roy has led the players to get enough points to enable us to see Premiership teams visit Selhurst next season. Well done Roy his staff and the players.COYP

Im season ticket holder. The quality served up at selnurst is far from all right. Raise your expectations. Pretty much every so called football expert and pundit feels palace should be doing much better with the resources he has. Yes hes kept us up but again a struggle. Take away penalties and we would be down. And by the way penalties generally come via one source. Lets see how that goes next season.

So tell us about all these great resources we have ? Where are they ? Benteke ? Meyer ? Kouyate ? All look totally lacking when we get to the opposition box

Don’t see why people are so negative, at the start of the season, most would have taken the position we are in now. Roy isn’t perfect but really some people are expecting too much

I predicted a 3-0 win mate, it was no surprise to me that we won.
