Surely it's those that believe that their opinion is the only one that matters who are the morons

Only an enormous tool would disregard the past work that Steves done, and when the going gets tough s*** on him at the first opportunity.

FFS Dan give it a rest.
You go on and on about signing players now your moaning about we overpaid.
We are trying to stay in the Top 20 teams in England.
Struggling for a goal and a Win.
Many of us have been here before supporting our club.
If you don't like it don't go and stop posting.
As others have said there are loads of bigger clubs than us below us.
Plus Spurs and Everton have been trying for many years to win something.
Sakho and Wilf to come back plus Roy needs to play Luka we will be fine.

He gets off from moaning, his sense of entitlement as he has purchased a season ticket is quite amusing.

Tbf I think people could have the right to moan about being season ticket buyers if the club goes into a season with 1 striker. If he gets injured early and long term the season is over. Parish answered that on twitter with some insulting shyte about the Sun maybe won't rise tomorrow. He and Frank and club have messed up big time and it's reminiscent of 1 left back or ending up with flamini who we may as well not have bothered with.

Been saying this every summer. One season it'll relegate us so we shouldn't be surprised, but every summer the majority won't let this negligence be questioned, then go all quiet on 1st September when the Royal fvck up of fvck ups to add to the manager fvck up and games chucked away in our 'easy start' fvck up. Now it's the top 3 in 3 weeks. Lovely.

Appreciate the repeated references to years gone by, standing on the terraces in the championship and lower leagues etc etc - I have been there too, since the late eighties, but for me personally, my sense of pride in the club is what is beginning to be questioned. And that's not based on five games, it's about two years.

My thoughts are the same as above - doesn't matter what division we are in, the last two years have been horrible. Other than a small window where SA kept us up :-(

Bit laughable to suggest Sahko, Souare, Milivojevic, Benteke and Cabaye. All clearly beyond capable.

Schlupp, decent squad player... Jack of a couple trades, master of phu*k all.

Fair play to our chairman for going on HOL radio, other supporters would love a chairman that done this. I'm still optimistic, after 10 games in our first season we had 3 points, and NINE losses. We finished 11th.

Still a long way to go and confident we can get out of this.

Fair point. Let's hope that Roy can do a Pulis and turn us around. Don't get a lot of sense on Twitter but I'm sure SP didn't mean "turning the clock back" to Ollie's short PL reign.

Please explain parish last week stating that his the best chairman. The bloke a liability. Happy to gloat in glory with Wilf new contract and the signing of Sakho but now we can't critique because of the past do me a favour. Worse start by any club to a premier league season, no goals, no points. That's all irreverent because parish was part of a 4 fan group. Whether you were old enough or there to see Palace in the old division 3. What does that make a difference in our current plight. He was the one that appointed FDB , even when a more progressive style under pardew didn't work. So in a steve parish fantasy world decided to take 6 weeks to appoint a manager that doesn't suit the players we have. Instead of buying Stella signings in the last 2 years in Benteke and Sakho. Money would be better spent improving the whole squad. Rather than signing this players for parish ego. He's run the club on a chance for a few years since pulis left, constantly butting in buying players to pease supporters than the manager he employs.

I am not aware that Parish was singing his praises to this extent.Where has he advocated this ?

With regards to the NOT so "Good old days", I have already related yesteryear to the current in terms of our relative positions as a club then and now and offered a possible explantion into why Steve used his terminology. So my comparision was in relation to his Twitter message.

Not the sorts of tweets which suggest all is well.

Usually when things go badly, Steve just retreats and keeps his mouth shut - now, when perhaps his most major failure to date has been exposed, he's throwing a hissy fit. Starting to wonder if he cares more about himself than the club.
