Yep the poor old pilots. Without the pilots there is no airline, that is a pretty decent bargaining tool. I wouldn't be at all surprised if pilots working freelance are in high demand...

I've only heard negatives abour Ryanair, never any postitives.I have never flown with them.

You definitely wouldn't like it. Everyone stands holding onto overhead handstraps except the pilots. You can bring your own seat but there is an extra £150 fee.
