Is he even still at the club ? Now I am always a glass half full kind of guy. I have backed Parish and Punch on here. Back in the day I backed Mutch and wilbraham but I really find it difficult to see what Tim Coe has offered us in the past four years. As chief scout does his job just involve the youth set up or is he involved in first team recruitment as well. I would say, that every player that we have bought from another premier league side, in my opinion does not need scouting. I would guess that half the people on here knew what Benteke had to offer, knew what Townsend can do, Cabaye, Tomkins, Sakho, the list goes on. The players that we have brought in from abroad that fans may not have been aware of, Luka and Riedewald, were to my best knowledge, scouted by the managers of the time. It seems that other clubs pick up these fantastic signings from abroad and yet it seems so rare for us. Am I doing Tim Coe a dis-service, is there more to this guy than I am hearing about ?
