Learning to drive isn't usually considered sexy. Should I have been jailed for that ? The point is we do not have all the facts, The woman was clearly not in her right mind and it was a one off. As I pointed out people have committed far worse crimes and walked up to and including death by dangerous driving. I'm a realist and a quick flick through google will show that many stabbers (not BHA fans) have avoided jail. My point is that the judges lenience comes from sound logic, not some warped class war ideology.

Ah, well. Next time a promising athlete/footballer gang member gets off with viciously stabbing a rival because he has potential at least we will know there has been a precedence and we will all understand as to why?

The judge said he wouldnt jail her as it could affect her promising career chances, so if youre university educated u get a get out of jail free card,or even better dont go in jail in the first place! i wonder if she had been an unemployed yoot from da eath would judge have been so understanding?

Well whats the point of getting a degree, if you can't get away with stabbing one person. Probably not, but then an unemployed yoot from the Eath isn't going to become a doctor anytime soon.
