If you are a person of means you become a target for those who have envy and/or questionable ethics.

Some use sycophancy and some just plain old robbery and others combine the two.

How does the woman just get away with this?

The legal issue would have been more whether the clinic should have been reasonably aware..which is way different to (which I think we can all agree on) was the mother well dodgy in this instance,

"The presiding judge Mr Justice Jay said: "Although he has lost this case, my judgment must be seen as a complete personal and moral vindication for ARB."

While allowing ground for appeal.

I don't agree with him on the company's conduct myself but hey ho....I'm just a bloke and he's a judge.

Well just off the top of my head. Being accused by someone of child abuse, rape etc on hearsay.

It's all to make up for child birth.

A totally selfish and despicable act which will impact on the child and it's father forever.

i agree - terrible, the judge went so far as saying that - problem is, just like cancelling bills, visa's etc, he should have contacted the clinic and informed then, but it's hindsight i guess.

I wonder how many of you, in the middle of a break down of a relationship, trying to find a new roof over your head, possibly fighting for custody/access to your son, sorting out financial arrangements and dealing with all the emotional s*** that goes on would actually put remembering to cancel access to your frozen embryos at the top of the life-change list......?

Wow. I rarely comment on political threads with a partisan stance, and I won’t now. I’d just like to point out that, objectively speaking, this is one of the most annoying, childish comments I’ve seen. Not even clever, just bitchy
