Anyone used Twickets to buy match day tickets?

Hello fellow eagles, I just had to use the twickets system to purchase a Chelsea ticket for Saturday as box office only had back of the arthur. Any of you guys and girls used this? Is it reliable? Lets hope we get our first goal on saturday. Up the place
