Not a fan of Wickham and don't think he's anywhere near what we need. He's got a poor goalscoring record for us, looks cumbersome with a poor touch and doesn't win enough in the air for a man of his size. Also of course constantly injured. It's nothing personal I wish him well and he seems like a nice fella. He did well for his goal (and I was pleased for him) and I am of course grateful but he is not the solution. Comparing him to Benteke is really a lesser of two evils exercise if of any value at all.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Mattteo is clearly looking more widely in terms of "Impact" relating it to the number of goals in a succession of games. In the context of the Norwich game, Wickham by scoring the equaliser towards the end of the game to gain a valuable point for our team , certainly made a very positive and significant impact.

Mattteo certainly provides us with a comprehensive list of players, not familiar to many on here and whilst of course some find the information useful others take a different view.He spares no effort in furnishing us with his knowledge of players who ply their trade in foreign climes. He's played a total of 62 minutes of PL football this season and has one goal and one assist, the former earning us a point the latter helping us to three. What more can you expect from an hour's football?
