Hopefully Spurs will level it and it goes to extra time

Now whom does that remind me of?

Will their fatigue help us or their new found team spirit help them?

Fatigue will only kick in late on.

Team spirit looks like those balls we won v Chelsea won't be as easy.

2-1 West Ham on Saturday - they will win given their aerial threat

Crystal Palace - “Nil” is my prediction, I’m genuinely sad to say. And I suspect we’ll make enough mistakes to avoid a 0-0

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

A morale boosting win for wet spam....just what we didn’t need. Sat has now become a whole lot tougher as if it wasn’t tough enough already.

Have to agree Crystal Palace nil will be in the result.

W.Ham defeated Tottenham last night 3-2 having been 2-0 down.
I really cannot envisage our current team ever doing that.
W.Ham must be favourites to win on Saturday and if they do so I really fear the worst for us this season. As ever the first goal will be hugely important.

Having said all of that - the reverse side is that look at us having beaten Chelsea - a great win followed by a loss - it happens.
Sadly though I think we would have stood more chance playing them at their ground this weekend - away from home they don't have 50,000 people moaning at them!
