Shelvey ban?

Should he receive a ban for this? I read a report after the game that indicated that he smacked Cabaye in the head at this corner just before this pic was taken. Hence Cabaye holding his face. Anyone see that or have it recorded?

There was contact by Shelvey on Cabaye during the corner, which the commentators thought was accidental. There was a replay and it didn't look that serious from what I saw. I can't see a post-match red being given for the incident or what followed it.

Shelvey is a decent player ,I would have him in the England side, but someone needs to get hold of him and get him to concentrate on the football and stop being a knob on the field

I don't give a toss whether he gets banned or not. They were pretty thuggish on Saturday but nothing like Huddersfield, who ought to be banned from football altogether and made to go back to pig farming.
