Paper tickets instead of e tickets

Anyone know how I select paper tickets instead of e tickets when ordering on line
There must be an option but I have never seen it

When you purchase the tickets and you get to the bit where you choose whether it's adult or not, you click on the paper ticket part and it should have a drop down menu where you can select 'Paper Ticket'
