Yes, he's a great 2nd or 3rd striker to have on your books and I thought he hit just about his best form for us before he got injured last time. I think realistically this will be his last attempt to recover from injury with Palace. Future contracts would probably have to be on a games played or fit for play basis.

He looked very very good before that injury didn’t he, that made it an even bigger blow at the time. He’s got the lot this lad, pace , power, finishing , heading and decent on the ball. Hope he recovers!

He will recover and then sadly get injured again. As much as he has potential he is costing us a small fortune in wages and we need to move on.

Would not be a surprise if we move for Danny Ings although I would worry he could become a similar problem.
