I'm as euphoric as the next fan after our comeback but once I saw Sakho was out I feared for our defence. Unfortunately Dann and Tomkins are not quite good enough and the movement of Hernandez was always likely to trouble them. But Ayew's goal... I know Millo lost the ball but any other Premier defence would have taken Ayew out (and conceded the booking) but Tomkins let him through for an admittedly very good strike on goal.
West Ham were there for the taking and will probably be one of the weakest teams we will play all season but we gave ourselves too much to do.

Love the mini triumphs every now and then even though 1 point is just clinging on for dear life rather than it being pretty much over, but it all just feels so inevitable. If you cannot or you struggle to score you cannot get anywhere, no matter how good you are before you get near goal. Believe me I've been there.
