If we go down and he doesn't go he has lost the plot.
Zaha is one of the top players on the planet.
Imagine him in the championship
It would be cruel

It would and I want to see him play against top sides.. He deserves it. We just have to stay up.

I have to say, I've been a Palace supporter since 89 and over the last couple of seasons, I think he has become one of the best players I have ever seen play for us. He's certainly become a real class act. He would walk into the current England side. They really missed a trick but good luck to him..

At my age he's certainly by far the best I've ever seen in a Palace shirt, although from what I've heard and the clips I've seen of Wrighty, I think it would be hard to discredit him of that accolade just yet in terms of performance.

However, if we're speaking exclusively from a talent point of view, I've always thought Zaha is the most talented player to ever play for Palace, even in his early days.

I still think there is more to come from Wilf. It seems for the first time in his Premier League spell with us, this is the season we are limiting his defensive responsibilities and really taking the shackles off and letting him run riot. (And rightly so)

Even though he'd probably be great anywhere on the pitch, I think the inconsistencies and frustrations when he first returned were due to the fact Pardew tried to discipline his game too much. He was tasked as being a traditional winger and judged on how well he could take players to the byline and whip balls in as opposed to being the creative spark he always was, free to roam and create. Pardew gave more of that freedom to Bolasie. If he keeps getting the opportunity to play in the position he has this season as more of a wide forward, cutting inside from the left, he could literally be unstoppable.

Love him & I think he probably will be remembered as the best ever if he continues the form he's in, given the extended period we've been in the Premier League and the consistent brilliance he's bringing to the table.

For me Peter Taylor just over Don Rogers, playing for england when we was a 3rd division team fa cup run, was stronger than Wilf and also the tackling was different then, think Wilf would not have survived, different times different challenges,
also i played against Taylor when he was in his late 30s he was still quick and tricky then i hated him that day,
how many of todays so called skillful players could handle being kicked from one end the pitch to the other, they always looking for the ref to protect them that didnt happen until fergie started crying about his skillful players mustnt be tackled.
We play under different rules now

Yerr, that's a hard one, Wilf is probably better at beating his opponent, and i think has more pace, but not sure, but Salako could put in great crosses with either foot. still can't decide.

That goal was sensational. Back to goal and away to the left of it, surrounded by defenders and he manages to lose one of them, turn, sweep the ball through one of the others' legs and out of the reach of Hart into the far corner. Nobody would have thought he could possibly score from there. And still coming up with that stuff after 96 minutes. Outstanding.

Is it permitted to include keepers?

If not I’ll put in a word for Don Rogers, Cliff Holton, Peter Taylor and Dougie.

Oh yes, and Dave Swindlehurst.

Not forgetting that Murray fellow.

Cliff Holton, one of my favorites, you must be as old as me. (79)

His issue was always end product, far too many times he would get into dangerous positions but make the wrong choice. I can't say that about him now though, 9/10 he gets his shot on target, the crosses are far more accurate and played at the right time, his work rate is also very good. From the players I have seen play he is up there at the top, we have a player that can take us by the scruff of the neck and drag us through and against any opposition. All we need is for all the team to up their game a bit more so he doesn't have to and we would be comfortable.

Other than Messi, I have never seen a player who goes past defenders so easily. In short, yes he is the best player I have seen at Palace (since 1987).
