Some certainly don't. Arguably Saudi Arabia is somewhat inclined towards that mentality as well. The troops arrived for Desert Storm, but the issue of permanent US military bases in Saudi Arabia has been an issue within certain Islamic circles.

Prior to the credit crunch, there was probably a case for that migration level, given the economic boom the UK was in.

I know a retired surgical secretary who looked after 5 surgeons,quite easily.she retired they now have 3 people doing the same job.
