I also have some very nice neighbours who lend me kitchen and garden stuff, dog-sit and are just all-round good eggs.
Fortunately the good-eggs outnumber the cvnt5

Conversely, on Friday , I helped get my neighbours 4x4 out of a mud pool.

What goes around, comes around

It was only stuck there because some **** had slashed the tyres, or was it a different one you were referring to in your previous post?

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

We moved into a new-build a couple of years ago, in one of 18 houses.

OK, it's a small development but we each have each other's contact details, we have occasional parties and often meet in our local, and we borrow, lend and tend whatever is needed. In short, we look after each other.

Better still, there are footy fans among us, indeed the bloke opposite is a Palace fan. A bit unexpected here in Oxfordshire.

It's a brilliant community, and I can see us being here a very long time.
