I don't know why but this piece of information keeps coming back every year or so. Google reviews from three or four months ago are pretty positive, so presumably the Council didn't shut it down and it must have sorted itself out. Seems to me to be a Palace legend so I am pleased if it's doing well.

Pretty late to the party, as this was posted in general talk in 2013 when it happened. How the f**k this turned into quotes from Orwell and politics is beyond me.
