after West Ham lost again, this version of the Form table has us as a fairly decent premier league side. Not dead in the water by a long stretch.

There's fight in the old team yet. Keep up the good work Roy.

Also we're only 2 points behind where we were in November 2013.

We need a two to three game winning run and then to continue this form throughout the season and we’ll be laughing come May. In Roy we trust.

I think if you look at that in tandem with our performances then there is definitely hope. Some of those other teams in and around us in the form guide are not playing well in addition to not getting points, whereas arguably we have been very unlucky not to be on at least 10pts by now. I know we need to turn performances into points, but I have confidence that will happen based not on straw clutching but from actually watching how well we are playing.

On Saturday we gained a point on West Ham, Swansea and West Bromwich and in so doing marginally improved our goal difference.

Always remembering walking from the Holmesdale to the Whitehorse end at half time!

Beating chelsea, an heroic fight at the Tottenham who had just spanked Real Madrid. Zaha playing out of his skin.

i take great hope from seeing Frodo Moyes going to Wet Spam. And great joy from seeing Tony Judas at the bottom of the form table.

when the final whistle went on Saturday, i was disappointed. But in hindsight, as big Sam said, you gotta respect the point.

Lets ditch the FA cup early and plan for next season in the Prem.

I believe we can get out of this, starting with a win vs Stoke. I’m going to this match, and the last 5 matches I’ve been to at selhurst we’ve won!

Unfortunately that form table says we are averaging a point a game out of the last five. That average for the rest of the season will see us finish bottom or second from bottom.

We need more points not spin. With WBA and West Ham to play each other and with our awful GD we are kinda 8 points from safety already.

A run of five matches where we average 2 points a game before Xmas in now essential. Relegation is highly likely as it stands. Any injuries to our better players and we are fvcked. It's that fragile.

The form table offers little hope at all.
We're playing catch up so We need to be around 10th or 11th in the form table from now on and stay there for the rest of the season to have a decent chance of bridging the gap and staying up.

My major concern right now is that we are playing well and dropping points. We have no margin for error, so we have to grab maximum returns from good play because we're going to have a slump again - maybe induced by injury, tough fixtures or just that it's a long season - which could well be the nails in the coffin.

Stoke next week is a must win.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Our form is changing from losing every match to unlucky to draw. If we keep this going we will pick up nough wins and draws to get out of the bottom 3. Our current form is better than West Ham, WBA or Swansea. So we have a fighting chance to get out of this.
