I think the Mail's response to Paperchase is worth quoting:
"it is deeply worrying that Paperchase should have allowed itself to be bullied into apologising - on the back of a derisory 250 Facebook comments and 150 direct tweets - to internet trolls orchestrated by a small group of hard left Corbynist individuals seeking to suppress legitimate debate and impose their views on the media".

The Mail is not complaining of being bullied itself. It is complaining about the bullying of Paperchase by intolerant left wing propagandists.

Could look it that way, or you could accept Paperchase as large business with £100m of revenue last year who are quiet capable of making a commercial decision and wieghed up the the pros and cons of a link up with the Mail and decided it wasn't worth it. Aagain Paperchase haven't been bullied they have acted to protect currrent revenue against potential revenue and made that decision freely.

Yes they do - against anyone who votes Tory, anyone who eats meat, anyone who thinks a real marriage is between a man and a woman, bakers who don't support same sex 'marriage', anyone who voted for Brexit, anyone who thinks the South African government is a bit dodgy, anyone who thinks uncontrolled immigration is damaging to the country, and against white working class people in general.

Where are all these bigoted bakers? If you're talking about Paul Hollywood dressing up as a Nazi he's already apologised for that.

According to the bigoted left, the persecuted bakers are in Northern Ireland.

The left are allowed to publish all sorts of scurrilous distortions, accusing any not of the left of racism, islamophobia, being Brexit idiots etc. Whereas the right, in the press and all other media platforms, are shut down at every opportunity. This Mail furore with their use of the word 'steal' taken totally out of context, would sit well as evidence in a Stalinist show trial.

Except of course that's not really true is it, the same experience is true of other publications residing on the left - with pressure groups boycotting or removing advertising etc.

Its just how the absurd world works.

Sounds like the balanced and reasonable reporting common in tabloids.

Thank god then that the Daily Mail doesn't have a long history of prejudicial reporting and news. Its a tabloid, its agenda driven and it has a very long history of minority baiting.

You can say that of all newspapers.

Where as the right wing media do nothing of the sort, like stoking Islampobia, mocking Remainers and using thinly veiled racist rhetoric. The Daily Mail is a paper with magnificent journalism, well researched, corroborated stories with well checked and verified sources.

Its a s**t rag, like The Mirror, The Sun, The Express, The Standard, The Morning Star etc.

If it was the Times or The Telegraph, you might have a fair point.

I would imagine the Mail would have supported Hollywood in his Nazi outfit, having been big supporters of Hitler and the Third Reich back in the day.

The Mail accusing others of bullying behaviour is mindbogglingly hypocritical of a paper that spent last week bullying trans-children, in a break from it's bullying of immigrants, refugees, public sector workers, benefit claimants, black people...

Was that around the time when Russia signed a non-aggression pact with Hitler and all the communists parties around the world and most of the other left parties supported the Nazis against 'Imperialist' Britain?
