So why should you have triple lock protection as a high rate taxpayer. Please explain. Those people struggling thru as you say on a meagre pension, why should your wealth be protected at all.

Miners have a final salary pension, which is guaranteed by the government. I agree that this and previous government have neglected the regions and continue to do so, while enriching the already rich. Thankfully Labour have pledged to tackle such regional inequality.
