Yes Pulis did great job for us but this is what we’d have ended up with in time if he’d been given the control of transfers he desired. IIRC Wilf signed shortly after he went and there was some debate whether Pulis wanted him. There was a core of West Brom fans who wanted Pulis gone as they couldn’t hack the football. Mistakenly IMO but they’re the ones watching every week. BTW there was no reference to what Pulis did with Palace in my post.
