Roll up, roll up for more Tory bashing.

I'm sure Tiny Tim would weep if he could see how we suffer in 2017.

Well given that for many that would be a precursor to being evicted or wracking up a lot of debt, I'd say that constitutes a major cause of stress and sleepless nights.

Britons were warned they are on course for the longest fall in living standards since records began 60 years ago after the U.K.’s fiscal watchdog took the ax to its outlook for economic growth.

In an analysis of the government’s latest budget and accompanying report by the Office for Budget Responsibility, the Resolution Foundation said on Thursday that the economy is set to be 42 billion pounds ( billion) smaller in 2022 than the OBR predicted in March.

It also calculated wages will not return to their pre-financial crisis levels of 2007 until at least 2025 once inflation is taken into account. Average annual pay is now projected to be 1,030 pounds lower in 2022 than the March forecasts and household disposable incomes will fall for an unprecedented 19 straight quarters between 2015 and 2020, according to Resolution.

The analysis was reinforced by the Institute for Fiscal Studies, which said the OBR’s forecasts implied average earnings would be almost 1,400 pounds lower in 2021 than predicted before the 2016 Brexit referendum and still below their 2008 level.

“We are in danger of losing not just one but getting on for two decades of earnings growth,” IFS Director Paul Johnson told a briefing in London on Thursday.

Not sure if this factors Brexit in or not.

Well done everybody who voted Tory. Thanks.

Brexit is irrelevant as wages/living standards have been in decline for decades.
And all parties, not just the Tories, have been complicit in hiding the fact that the financial system that has been forced upon us since 1971 (the end of Bretton Woods) was a deliberate ploy to continually enrich the wealthy at the expense of the middle/working classes. That's everyone here, regardless of what they choose to believe.

And we're not alone as it isn't just these shores, people all over the world are in a similar situation and are basically f-cked-off with it, hence the 'birth' of crypto-currencies.

NICK it is relative to a person's status.
You cannot assume everyone hasn't got a lot to p**s in. And some that havent could put in more effort and have something.
Socialism will make us equally rich or equally poor.
Who's in charge then eh?
That's how the Arab Spring caused a lot of the chaos and death going on at the moment. The have nots always want what the haves have.
YOU CANNOT CREATE WEALTH BY DIVIDING WEALTH

You create wealth by dividing people.

There's a big difference between perception of socialism and actual democratic socialism. No ones saying absolutely everything will be state run, but the state should be facilitating investment and expertise where it is needed . I reckon there are still those that think that voting for labour would mean everyone wearing the same clothes or driving the same car.

Socialist thought process is:
Tax the rich give to the poor.
Rich think f**k this I'm not working
Who does the money come from then.
We all get poorer but as long as we're all the same were all happy. NOT
VENEZUALA. Nick that's what happened there.
Look at it now

I promised myself that i'd never reply to another of your posts as you bore me rigid.......but oh well.
The 'rise' in crypto-currency is due to many (though still a tiny tiny percentage globally) being fed-up with the Central Banking system that 1. Was forced upon us and 2. Was designed purely to rob the 99%.
Both boxes have been ticked.............at your expense.

One day the penny may drop, but the odds are embarrassingly long
