For me, its not a case of renaming the Stadium but dedicating the stand to someone. I'd like to see it called The Geoff Thomas Stand but would also come around to the idea of calling it the Kayla Stand, in keeping with our first live mascot and the overall Eagle theme. Sounds punchy too!

Newcastle re-named their ground to the 'Sports Direct arena' but the supporters still referred to it as 'St James' Park'. It has now gone back to it's original name.

County Cricket grounds seem to do that quite frequently.

Surrey play at the Kia Oval previously the Fosters Oval but to most cricket fans it's still The Oval.

The Clifton? Southwest stand New Stand. Or maybe Qatar would pay for it if we call it the Qatar Or Up Stand Afterthought (USA) after our owners. Or just Sunblock.
