I live in a neighbourhood where It's 97% Black, Hispanic, or other (mainly Yemen, Bangladeshi) & If I stayed in my part of the Bronx or most of It I'd never see another white person again except for some of the teachers at the two schools just up the block from me. Who know doubt marvel at how 'Diversified'the neighbourhood is then slink back to their predominantly white homes in the evening. From my experiences the Dominican's, Puerto Ricans's along with the huge influx of people from British Guyana who live here have absolutely no problem assimilating and adopting to their new homeland the same can be said for countless other European nationalities. The people who don't seem to do that are primarily (all though not all) are people from the Sub Continent & the Arab Peninsula. I've yet to fathom out firstly how they manage to convince an Immigration officer RE- Visa & secondly why they move to a Country where the culture is completely at odds to theirs. Pro USA & Israel

I've not clicked the link, it's one of your's after all, but I'm assuming it's talking about British people. To integrate means to mix with or join society, and you can't join a society you are already a part of.
