Parish tweeted we had a better squad than Burnley when he arrogantly tweeted that Benteke may not get injured and the sun may not come up after another loss when our season hadn't got started and arguably still hasn't. But look at them and others with these inferior squads. It's a squad game and for that reason you can argue it isn't our best ever squad but best team when all 11-14 are fit, which never happens.

Hopefully he does the business with the main stand which I think he will, and freedman presents long term and not stop gap solutions that Roy values too.

We would actually have had that squad (not side) last season and this season if things were done correctly for a football club and not a cost cutting exercise, that inevitably costs more each time and with stop gaps that are very soon not up to standard once the immediate goals have been achieved.
