I remember when he first came the guy started off with a couple of iffy games.. Credit to him - been a great servant and clearly managed to get his place back. Don't get many players making 400 for one club these days!

Very true, it’s a shame that there are a few on here who just seem intent on overlooking what a great achievement it is and what a legend the man actually is. You’re right about the iffy games. Not one of us would have thought that we would see him marking 400 appearances for the club after that start. But it’s the mark of a winner to come back from something like that and not only win the fans over again but to go on to be a legend at the club.
