Well, it does appear that Yaxley Lennon admits he did it. So the guilt is not in dispute. Merely the aggravating factors in mitigation. Should there in fact be any.

That will be the factor as to whether TR morally IMO did the correct thing. If the guy accidentally touched the girl or not at all and is proved not to then TR jumped the gun and he would admit that I'm sure if he knows he was wrong. My concern about any trial is that a custodial sentence will be the result for TR if proved to be guilty without real mitigation. I doubt there will be a precident for this so if he does go down, be very afraid if you get into a scrap on the future. This can be the problem if they set an example because of who he is and how hated he is by sections of the establishment. We could all fall foul and lose a whole lot in the future for 1 second of madness. Even TR haters should realise in this particular scenario his history should not be used to determine his sentence. I'm not sure if he is on license but if not they have to treat this as if he is joe public.

I would admit it as well.
Bang to rights on the assault so man enough to fess up.
Will the guy who is alleged to have touched his daughter be prepared to go to court and defend the allegation.
That will be the factor as to whether TR morally IMO did the correct thing.

If sexual assault isn't 'being touched inappropriately' what the hell is it? She went and told her father that this man had squeezed her bum....Even if this wasn't a child this is outrageous and if the event happened this was a pervert and he got what he deserved.
