The petition will unfortunately mean nothing. The only hope of seeing this report in any detail is if Boris, Priti, Cummings and Co want this to happen and are successful in bullying the home office to do so. I suspect at best there will be some form of heavy compromise eventually (like a heavily redacted / summarized report) so that the Tories can at least say they did what they said they would do.

Whether "Robinson's" case will be heard in front of a Judge, Magistrates or a full jury, is unknown to me but Judges can direct juries on the law.

A lot of juries couldn’t understand the laws of noughts and crosses.
