In all seriousness I think RH commands respect and doesnt need to shout and scream to get it. His credentials speak for themselves and he has clearly shown he is not afraid to drop players instantly as a punishment for some kind of wrong doing - not following team orders or individual errors. That kind of thing speaks to players a lot more than the hairdryer treatment.

Roy has turned us round. Quietly and calmly he has sorted us out. With 3 first teamers out today, we looked like Real Madrid in the first half and never looked troubled in the second.

Someone who knows him told me before he got the job he works on improving skills and technique a lot more than most managers and players under him have liked and taken to this. Must be a good mix. Positional discipline with improved skill and technique. I think that and the limit of players going forward v Leicester and pretty much never Kelly meant we were as perfect as the players available allowed us to be.
