Not great communication from Palace to say it’s sold out. Called box office this morning to ask about waiting list and there are tickets on the door for away fans. Box office 3. Have spoken to both palace and Southampton who confirmed.

See above folks. Have also seen comments on Facebook to confirm that our fans can pay on the gate tonight. All in all a very confusing situation. We had told our fans that we'd sold out before Christmas. On the off chance I had a look, after getting the green light from she who must be obeyed to stop over there for the night, and tickets were on sale again online but said collection only at the ground on the night. Bought my ticket and then had an email from the club. The email stated that my ticket would be sent in the post to me. The reason being that due to a high level of ticket sales over the Christmas period they envisaged long queues at the stadium on the night from those picking up. I believe that since then we have said it's sold out until today when people are saying that they've been told we have 2000 tickets available to pay on the gate!? Complete farce really communication wise.

I emailed the SFC ticket office and they got back to me saying they're selling them from 5pm at ticket office 3.

Does anyone know what the allocation was for this game? SFC have told me that we sent back 2,000 tickets, even though on the website it said sold out lol...

Hope you made it there as would've been worth it! One happy supporter about to board train out of Southampton
