Hundreds of protesters attacked a cereal cafe in east London on Saturday night, daubing the word “scum” on the shop window and setting fire to an effigy of a police officer.

Riot police were called in to defend the Cereal Killer Cafe in Shoreditch after it was targeted by a large crowd of anti-gentrification activists carrying pigs’ heads and torches.

Maybe re read the article again?

If I remember rightly, that was organised by Class War.

Don't London tax-payers fund West Ham so they are indirectly donating to the tories as well.

Well thats a fair point and its exactly why I found it so odd. I have done literally no research before writing this (so if im wrong, you have full permission to lynch me) but the area around west ham isnt exactly a tory stronghold, I thought it was quite the opposite.
And its literally the only football club on the list, It was shown to me by a NI seperatist, not because it proved any kind of political point, but just for the sheer wierdness of it. Im sure there are a lot of tory supporting west ham fans, but not so many that the club should fund them directly...
