Look at the proportion of young white people at these marches and then look at the proportion of young white people in the most underprivileged areas in london. The numbers just don't correlate. So where do all these people come from ? How does gentrification affect them ? Just maybe they're part of the problem, no ?

I suppose quite a few of them have been pretty fed up for years of living in complete s***holes, neglected by the government, absolutely no money being pumped Into the community, to now finding new businesses opening up daily, more money going to local buisnesses, more things to do, a better atmosphere. I'd say quite a few are pretty happy with their once run down area now having something going for it.

I don't think the capitalist basis of the Premier League would be lost on anyone with half a clue.

That's why I regard the far left as worse than the economic right......the far left destroy the wealth creation in the country and the economic right hoard it. The working classes and indeed, middle classes are best served by a government that can encourage business to create jobs.....which requires a beneficial business environment where they can make profits......an environment that encourages the better paid jobs is even better. Quite frankly....as far as most working classes are concerned they can stick the rest of their self serving politics where the sun don't shine.
