Every c***ing advert ever made but one paticular ad on the p*** site I use which is for Milf photos as I never thought I would see my mother in law in such a f***in state!! Edited by syd snot (11 Mar 2018 7.39pm)

Far too many adverts pretend to be hilarious with the lamest of one-liner endings or by getting celebrities to commit the most cringeworthy of finishes. I can only assume that scriptwriters for such ads do their work during a five minute tea break e.g. car insurance companies can hold their heads in shame.

Postcode lottery, always annoys me thou dont mind the music, and get two tickets and double your money tag annoys the fcuk out of me, should be buy two and lose twice as much And the silly linked up arms in the middle of the road thing gets me to,,wheres the hoodies in the beamer blowing the horn and ready to run them over for holding up the traffic!

Two tickets and double your money is deliberately misleading, isn't it not? Two tickets might give you twice the chance of winning one prize, and also the same probability squared of winning two prizes, but then again if everyone else takes up the same offer then you actually have the same proportion of the total ticket allocation as you would have had without the promotion, so your chances of winning are the same. Or actually less, if there are enough people stupid enough to believe the bollocks and therefore more people buying the tickets who otherwise wouldn't have. It's very easy for organisations selling betting, lottery and similar "services" to take advantage of popular misunderstandings around the mathematics of probability and the so-called law of averages.
