Play Sorloth against Spurs and bench Benteke. We need max effort from all 11 players and a striker who can hit the target - if Benteke has taken half his chances this season we would be well safe by now. No more excuses for him and we have an alternative so ffs DROP HIM !!!!! Edited by essetwentyone (10 Feb 2018 5.02pm)

Benteke is a disgrace. There is more energy in my 96 year old Nans left toe. Put her in Red and Blue and she will give 100%. He should be embarrassed to take his 100K a week. He shows no passion ,no effort ,no quality. Sell him for a fiver take a hit on his price and play academy boys that will try.

Benteke cannot convert chances We are sh-t at creating chances, so its hard to see SØrloth scoring unless the players learn how to create chances without Zaha

He has lost his scoring touch but I thought he ran around and closed people down more today than he usually does and he played some neat lay offs. Scoring is obviously the key for a striker though, so maybe Sørloth will take the pressure off, or just take his place. I wish we could have the aerial beast back from last season, but for whatever reason he just looks so short of confidence.
