Why bring on a player who is more than likely going to give the ball to the opposition and is less mobile.

It amazes me why Roy brings on Benteke with 15 minutes to go every match. What other manager brings on a striker who he knows for a fact won’t score? Surely there’s a kid somewhere on our books who has some kind of ability, if not why bother having an academy?

Supposedly Camarasa has played no 9 with some success. Anything other than Benteke right now. He simply wastes all the effort of the build up play that creates the chances he misses.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
