I've just uploaded a video of Luka's penalty taken from the stands.

Enjoy!

2pts and one place better off than last season at this stage, and we ultimately finished 14th.

all rather cagey today , wanted us to go a goal down to step up a few gears , oh well , no dramas . Some nice glory fixtures for the festive period to look forward to. Let’s make it hell for them. Merry Christmas.

Funny you should say that. I was wondering what effect going a goal down might have on us, but conceding late would have been extremely bad for us. We did look a bit lethargic, and sloppy at times. Even Zaha seemed a bit off the boil, despite getting into promising positions.

TBH I thought Swansea beat us and lucky we got a point.

A point away at a relegation rival is fine with me.
We have to forget what happened at Selhurst.
We are now right in the thick of it and if after 7 games you had offered me 18 points at the halfway stage I would have snapped your hand off.
Time for the second half of the season now and bar injuries and the occasional poor referee it is in our hands.
We have as good a chance as ten teams close to us to get out of the doo doo and that is as much as we could have asked for!

This.

Roy has pulled us out of the mire and our fate is in our own hands. Good point yesterday against a relegation rival, 4 points out of six. Get a win against Arsenal and that will be a great start to the year. I am hoping that Santa will be bringing a striker, goalie and a play maker early January.

Merry Christmas to Roy enjoy your day you deserve it.

I would have taken a point before the game, but it was always going to be tougher once Clement got the sack.

Thank God we have someone who knows how to take a penalty. Luka can put them to the right and left and mixed it up yesterday with one down the middle.

I have a feeling we are going to get a few more penalties before this season is out.

In the last 10 mins of the game we were off the boil and could have lost. Remember, last season we led them twice only to lose 5-4 in the final mins.

Swansea's goal was a cracker - a point hard earned I reckon. 8 undefeated now, I doubt other teams want to play us right now, we don't roll over..

Indeed a powerful shot from distance but he got the opportunity to shoot because Milojevic who was shielding the defence went to ground and was out of the game. This gave Ayew the chance and space to fire in the shot.
