There were also more efforts on goal from both sides whilst we only managed two shots on target from each side. Great win for us but never a game to make the top slots on MOTD. This post has been merged from a topic called 'No subs' by Midlands Eagle Pretty impressive stamina given we were playing a high press for a lot of the game. We are obviously a lot fitter than we used to be.

Last year I felt the most pessimistic I ever have over this team, Willo was more optimistic than I was. Now I'm worried I've slipped into a coma and this is all just my brain telling me what I want to hear.

Really good opening half hour from us. We need to learn to bury teams. Should/could have been 3-0 up at half time. Would have been a much more enjoyable second half if we were.

An immense 3 points : Yes we do need to pass it better and retain possession better too, but that was a real battling 3 points. Huge credit to the defence today who were immense, but Sako was my MOM.
