I'm not sure its fair to lay into the OP as some have done. True, the word review and compare medical facilities with other top clubs to ensure we have the best would have been a better approach. To say sack the lot without having the knowledge to assess the relative quality of our medical team over other clubs leaves the OP exposed to attack.

Meanwhile, you cant avoid he fact that injuries have been a real problem for this club since we have come up. They have really held us back.

Also, when comparing with other club's injuries, you need to look at the severity and the fact that "no return" seems the catch-word whereas other teams have proximate dates and the problems are often short term.

Fact is: we have the worst injury crisis...AGAIN! Is it just ongoing bad luck?

This, its got nothing to do with medical staff

I think the OP does make a point. Perhaps the structure, methods of the medical team needs reviewing, like any department/organisation if it appears to be under performing. I do struggle however to see how we can qualify these injuries properly as fault of the medical team. Yes, players should be intelligent enough to choose what tackles to go into but then again how much of a players attributes, aggression, ability are we taking away if we start saying to our players reduce the contact? Its a difficult one. I seem to remember Arsenal/Arsene gets a lot of stick with regards to injuries too and they are hardly an overly aggressive side. We have been incredibly unlucky injury wise this season. The only positive is that we are in a transfer window and we COULD rectify these situations. Would'nt say im hopeful though!

An after thought is that the above is only examples of impact injuries. Muscle pulls and strains can surely only be isolated to the individual. Every player is susceptible to different things. These types of potential injuries to individual players you would hope are detected by the medical team.

They do. You are talking utter s***. I don't think I've seen you post anything positive about this club

I have prepared one of my own time capsules. I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder and nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we are really like.

Remember everyone, if you have anything negative to say about the club, anything at all, ESPECIALLY if it's about Lord Parish, you're a troll.

I see problems, I'm gonna point them out, and right now I see a LOT of problems. You have the right to disagree with me, but you can at least have the decency to tell me why you think I'm wrong.

I don't think I'm alone when I say I think Roy Hodgson is the only reason we aren't in serious danger of relegation again, and I'm especially worried that he might not be here by the start of next season because we seem to be making the same mistakes we did when Pulis & Allardyce walked. If we want to be a proper Premier League club, I believe wholesale changes need to be made, including both our transfer policy and several key members of staff. Yes, that includes the medical team, and yes, I think Parish is making big mistakes that need fixing.

But what I will say is, the burgers in the Arthur Wait are pretty damn good, especially for a football club. That's one thing you won't be hearing me complain about anytime soon!

I think your original comment about the medical staff is ridiculous as no one can control the type of injuries our players have encountered, But with your comments reference Parish his total lack of understanding of how to run a football club are pretty accurate, He has not learnt anything, We are in the middle of a crisis and, All he can come up with is its difficult in this window, Same old story from him, survival each season has been despite having an the helm not because he is there. Can not be a coincidence that from Freeman, Holloway through to currently Roy we cant hold on to a Manager, That speaks volumes about him

My answer to tenure of Steve Parish as the Eagles chairman? Amazing, just amazing and I would never swap him for almost anyone.

Let's count our blessings indeed Alan. The lower Leagues are full of clubs arguably "bigger" then us. Most of those have a history of fans assuming they belong. Not only in the top tier, but in the top of the top tier. Nothing wrong with ambition but on the odd moment a bit of reflection and appreciation may not be a bad thing either.

Well Armani you carry on worrying and moaning about the club.
I’ll support them.
15 points from 15 games and a 6th year in the top league.
Not to bad for a club doing everything wrong according to you.

All these bad injuries we atr getting are happening during matches unlike with Pardew ehen the players were not fit enough getting injured in training you cant blame the med team for injuries that happen in matches

I agree we've been unlucky lately apart from Puncheon where you've got to accept the high probability of injuring yourself.

There is no-one to blame for injuries. (No escaped goat for holradio listeners) We are suffering now but so are Watford and so are Wetspam. I remember in our first season up (recently up) we had hardly any !! which was a massive help. Hopefully our current predicament will serve to highlight to parish and co the need to spend on recruitment even more than they thought necessary.

So, yet another injury today. Aaaaaaaanyone thinking maybe there's some truth to what I'm saying after all?

Notice how whenever we get an injury, it's always long term, never just a little knock. This isn't just "our cursed luck". We have a big problem with how we handle injuries at our club.
