Strurridge is being moved on for the same reason Benteke was... he doesn't work hard enough off the ball. No way him and Benteke could be in the same first XI...

It's strange isn't it that two strikers with multiple caps for their countries, huge salaries and huge moving fees were moved on because they didn't work hard enough at Liverpool. It must be a different sort of game they play at Liverpool?

It's strange isn't it that two strikers with multiple caps for their countries, huge salaries and huge moving fees were moved on because they didn't work hard enough at Liverpool. It must be a different sort of game they play at Liverpool?

Looks like Liverpool have agreed a deal with Inter for Sturridge to make his move, but they still need to shift Eder out to make a space for Sturridge. So there might be more incentive from Inter to accommodate Palaces wishes? Personally I think it’s time for Palace to move on if there is no decisive shift on this today or tomorrow

Very useful info. My own conclusion is that its difficult to see how Eder wil make the move to Palace now. Best to move on to other targets now, though it’s difficult to see anyone out there matches his characteristics of playmaker/goal scorer. So maybe on to Ulloa/Marriott/Babacar/Dembele? etc
