I've always said he's a good fit for Palace, I'm not sure why really, he just seems a very Palace player, annoying that it's taken him so long to find his form but I reckon he's going to come good for us.

It depends on the manager. Performed for Sam and Roy. Not for that arrogant idiot.

PVA was so bad for him I'm sure Frank decided at half time v Swansea he didn't want PVA playing again. It even looked liked PVA was deliberately playing poorly at left wing back seeing as he's useful going forward.

My first away game in years and this happens - and I missed the win at home last season due to holidays. I've still never seen us beat them live.

Very poor display from front to back. Benteke should be made to play for the U23 team until he remembers how to score; Zaha needs to stop falling over and also to track back. I think we were out-thought by Wenger who changed his formation for this game. Roy's crazy 442 with McArthur out wide just didn't work, nor should he have brought back a half-fit Cabaye.

Absolutely no answer to Arsenal’s movement today. Literally chasing shadows. Miracle we got away with only 4. And how the fcuk does Arsenal’s stadium roof not cover the first few rows of seats! Bloody soaked!!

I agree, we had no answer to Wilshire and Ozil, who just threaded passes through our defence.

just got back home in Sheffield from gooners land and im having nightmares of the first 20mins of the match or should i say complete f**k up in defence and up front it was a disaster first half we didn't get stuck into them straight away they were just to fast for back four.second half we played really well we deserved that goal by mili if only we had done that from the start we could have got 3 points out of it.roy needs to dip into the transfer market straight away or things are going to go downhill quickly we can't risk it start now roy

A set back today but we’ve been punching well above for a few weeks.

A good game to put in a poor performance , better to do it against a team that will always beat us if they play well than against a team that we can rival.
PVA and Benteke played better than most.

I hope the players weren't sending a message to the board about the lack of transfer activity.

I trust that they did send such a message, but I doubt they did so deliberately.

I very much doubt whether the players who might be relegated to the non playing squad would be likely to ask the board to be replaced in the team

And Schlupp's injury a blessing in disguise. PVA a far better option on left back. Hope he does not get carried away, but keep up the good work. Our back 4 is all right even with Sakho & Dann out.

The nature of the goals conceded from the corners was the most disappointing. Although McArthur allowed his man to get goal side nobody tried to attack or take responsibility for the ball in. Hennessey was also all over the place.

We’ve seriously overachieved with the players available in the last few weeks and looked in trouble against Burnley when they tried to bully us in the air. Time for SP and co to stop fannying about and get the cheque book out.

GK, CF, tall Centre back and CM.

Exactly my thinking behind my earlier post.

I suppose each player could think that they are doing fine, but others in the team need to be replaced. But even then, to deliberately play badly would be self-destructive.
