Surgery on his ankle, not sure how many games RLC will be fit for this season? Seems he's prepared to fight for a place in Chelsea 11, so a return to Stamford B. leaving us with an open loan recruitment would be the best scenario (for Palace). And tell RLC he's welcome to sign for us any day....

According to the mirror (pinch of salt) He is already prob back at Chelsea and the loan contract finished . we are getting uolla on loan from Leicester city . As prem clubs are only allowed 2 loan players from other prem clubs and I don't think Timmy is going back just yet.

oh yeah ,fcuk off brighton.

The guy has shown very little playing for us. He seems to have built a reputation based on one England game....even then he was injured for the second England game. At least he is consistently injured.

Huge warning signs that somebody so relatively young is plagued by so many injuries.

Send him back if possible and move on. Any thoughts of buying him would be utter folly....we have enough sick notes already.

He flatters to deceive. Maybe will develop into a quality player but there's a reason Chelski bought Barkley

It's being reported we're going to sign Ulloa on loan with option to buy in the summer.

If that's true one of RLC or TFM has to be sent back. If RLC is injured surely it'll be him going back?

That or Ulloa deal isn't a loan?

RLC has all the attributes when he has the ball to be a very good England player. The way he finds space when he has the ball is miraculous; he's good at beating a man and driving forward. His movement to get into good positions to receive a pass is average; his defensive application is so poor.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

Surely the question of whether he should go back to Chelsea or not all depends on how long before he can play again and who we could bring in on loan as a replacement for his loan spot

As much as I like him if he is not going to be available to play until the last few games of the season then he should be returned to Chelsea. Our injury issues mean that we need a player on loan that is fit to play now, this is the reality of the situation we are not in a position to carry injured loan players.

My feelings too. Shame mind you but has to be.

Totally agree ... cannot find room for laonnes that are injured .... he wants to be back at Chelski anyway.
We need players who are fit, hungry and want to play a game of footie.

In a 12 month loan there is very often a break clause and there was for TFM as Roy talked about it when he was not being picked. TFM also had a penalty clause of £1 million if we sent him back.

I would guess that there is one for RLC but they usually have to be triggered in early January. It is possible to cancel a loan by mutual agreement in January. The only way I can see that happening is if Chelsea want Benteke and will purchase him, We can't sell till we replace so an answer would be Batshuayi on loan as part of deal. This would mean RLC going back
