I believe its the other way around. 81,360 capacity standing and rail seating and 65,829 for international matches seating only.
The 'Yellow wall' stand of rail seating has a ratio of 1-1.7 and they use a rail every 2 rows.
You can wear 'a veil' but scarves are more usual!

This is what I was saying - when they avail of 'Safe Standing' their capacity increases to 81,000.

I recall the terraces of old which were certainly NOT safe standing ! Supporters could be plumetted down due to surges, either crashing into each other or one of the barriers.And we had all those dastardly 'Crews' congregating en-masse with their 'Bovver boy' mentality.Dark days.

It seem to me that the bigger part of the Holmesdale lower is always standing up anyway. This you would think also is a big point for safe standing to be implemented. It is already there but in seating area's and in the process inconvenient for people who do want to sit.

Not too sure maybe as a detterent and they cant actually enforce it. Cant say I have seen anyone ejected or being told to sit down at an away game anyway for years. Stewards dont even batter an eyelid.
