Collins was a firm one on Wilf in the first half which put Wilf off a bit as everytime he was near the ball he got a firm challenge , Byron should of had a yellow for the first on Wilf , yet it took the ref three fouls later by him to before he gave him a yellow. Cant argue with the Pen as if it was Wilf he would of looked for the trailing leg and gone down as well , I think the Spam game plan worked which was to rough us up a bit a close us down ads soon as we got on the ball ...on a side note : Noble is a little t*** who always hounds the ref and gives it the waving yellow action yet puts it about himself

and he wouldnt have got the penalty...ref was certainly cheating, favoured WH all match and was in fact their MOM.......Swarbrick needs investigating urgently....gave Wilf nothing all night, let Byram get away with everything til he eventually got booked after 3 bad fouls, each of which should have been a card, then he kicked the ball away after yet another foul which could have been red... but the ref had a different agenda almost a la Clattenberk

I don't disagree with you, but I'm not sure it would have made any difference to the result. Ref was poor but not the reason we didn't win. I'm happy with a point. Hopefully results go our way tonight.

Really? I teckon both Byrom and Zabaleta should have been sent off.

Agreed. Gave us nothing all game. I was seething, not helped a bit by that t*** Tony Gayle's hopelessly biaised commentary.

Always wondered why they have him commentating on West Ham games as he's an ex hammer (and doesnt it show) one of the most biased commentators out there! Also a master of stating the bleeding obvious!!!
