I am really sorry Roy that you have joined a club that hasn't got gazillions of pounds to spend on players. What..... you didn't know that or take it into account when you took up this position, how could you possibly be happy, you must be devastated that we only signed 3 out of the 44 players moving into the premier league? Yes I know that represents a higher than average take up by us and that you wanted 5 but two of the clubs pulled the plug at the last second. Perhaps its best that you should leave at the end of the season and move on as there will probably be a top 6 club after you. What a load of old s***e. We don't need to feel sorry for Roy, he is a premier league manager. He gets paid well to do his job, which he enjoys and if he is petulant enough (which I don't think he is) to disappear at the end of the season because he didn't get every signing he wanted in the notoriously difficult January window then he is not the manager for us.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
