I take your point though, however the management and coaching team clearly know infinitely more about him and his attitude / ability now compared to when the club signed him.

Always makes me smile/cringe, that we as supporters know best about our players. BUT Im in agreement with others, our team is not set up to play to Soragoal, Bentaxi, or WickImyerman to strengths as a big number 9!

Genuinely can't think of one player that's improved under Hodgson and his team. Tomkins maybe? Wan-Bissaka obviously, but he is just supremely talented anyway.

Not sure if this is 'old' news, rehashed or true? But, after Wickham signing a new deal & Benteke being offered a new deal as well(alledgedly), s'pose it could be true( hope not)
