This post has been merged from a topic called 'Sorloth to man united ' by becky Just read this article with a statement from his agent saying we have agreed a right to buy with the Turkish club he plays for. Been smashing them in this year for them. It’s an undisclosed fee. Does anyone know if we now have to accept their money and sell him if they want Him now? Bet the fee is too low! Begs the question though, has freedman actually found a worldwide here and is hodgson at fault for not utilising him correctly? Or is it just the league he’s in and all these rumours linking him to bigger clubs are a load of agent chat?

More evidence of our clownish transfer approach. We should be recalling our most in-form striker right now to replace Tosun. Except we can't because some idiot didn't put a contract clause in.

If the Turkish team have an option to buy (€6k I believe) they could buy him and sell him on for a hefty profit -assuming he keeps scoring for them - and nothing we could do - except ask him nicely to ignore that and come on back!
