Where do you think we will finish?

We gave everyone a 7 game head start. I cannot think of many games where we were lucky to get anything ( Watford is the only one I can think of that we should have lost but won) but I can think of about 5 where we've thrown 2 points away. These things will come back to bite us on the arse. It's almost certain that we will be in the bottom three after the next 4 games are played...and with the injurys we have I am fearing the worst.

If we can keep Luka, Wilf, Sakho and a goalkeeper fit we should be fine- 13th maybe. Long term injuries to one or more of them and it’s squeaky bum time...

How do you arrive at "almost certain"? "Quite possible" yes. But you have such dogmatic pessimism. Perhaps you need a good hug? I can see us just as likely limping through 4 hard fought draws and coming out the other side with 31 points with a small gap beginning to grow between us and 18th. Hell, why not?

My mantra has been "Bottom 3" (Sadly) for which I have been pilloried for "Negativity". I look at the squad, the injuries etc etc and I really cannot see us surviving.

I might buy what you are selling, but you say the same thing every season. I suspect, eventually, you might be right but even a broken clock is right twice a day.

A few weeks ago I thought we might finish mid table. But with another poor transfer window, a growing long term injury list and the worrying new about wilf, I think we are going down. Roy needs a miracle.

The last couple of weeks have started to feel like the beginning of the end. Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea donating points at will to our rivals, while we struggle to take more than a point from mediocre opponents. Now Wilf. It just seems to be an ill-starred season.
