It is partly cultural, and partly, criticism from both inside and outside the club, driven Dave. I am astounded how unwilling managers in the PL in general are to bring youth through. Now I am from a place where a young debutant is 17 or even 16 so look at it with different eyes but I am certain it is not just football matters. Originally posted by bexleydave
