So the Palace site is spelling Luka and Pape's names 'correctly'? And what about Lee Chung-yong?

Probably because it changes the pronunciation completely, whereas the other two do not.

It's still not as annoying as the BBC insisting on using Taoiseach every single time, instead of just putting the Irish PM. Something that they don't do when talking about any other equivalent foreign position.
