Why don ‘t we just show faith in Henry. If he nevers gets game time or experience as a sub with the first team he will just be sold to another team. If were are not going to use our system why have it.

Will he come? Cavalieri is 35, free agent and has obviously landed in London for talks. But is he gonna sign or not - we should just make sure he'll be here for rest of season. Not messing around with this one...

If were are not going to use our system why have it. Spot on. We haven't produced a PL player through the ranks for years can only think of Zaha. Lack of fit young personnel could send us down IMO. Even if they are not particularly good but can run around for 90 minutes that is a bonus.

My only concern with this is that its such a hazardous position to throw a kid into.
